revive the Bar of Alpilles, in the heart of the village of Remy Saint of
Provence.
They chose a sincere
kitchen, authenticates, traditional and true in taste.
The renewed chart each
season present of the simple dishes of Mediterranean inspirations as well as the
traditional ones of the bar interpreted in a more contemporary
way.
On the tablemats of
white, white towels and balloon glasses for the wine which the bar proposes
with glass and the bottle.
The chart, local and
alive, invites the vine growers of the most talented South with the best of
their production at moderate prices.
With the service a
young, dynamic and tested team accomodates you all days of the year either
in room, or in terrace as of spring, or on our table of host close to the
chimney or cook slowly our legs of lambs, our speciality.
